Active Trader Setups Trading Package and Swing Trader Setups Charting Package are products of Day Trader Setups, LLP. All Content is the property of Day Trader Setups, LLP. The following virtual properties are subsidiaries of parent company: DayTraderSetups.com, SwingTraderSetups.com, ActiveTraderSetups.com, OptionTraderSetups.com, TraderMembers.com, SimpleStockTrades.com, and SimpleTradingCharts.com.

Subscriptions
Our Active Trader Setups Trading Package initial subscription is a 4 Month duration plan. Extensive Training is available throughout the 4 month period and extends to all current subscribers for the duration of their subscription beyond the 4 month period. We do not give refunds. If you wish to cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle you can do so with 5 days notice prior to renewal date. For Paypal users simply do so through Paypal, for credit card payment clients. Simply email support@activetradersetups.com Subject: Cancel Subscription on or before the 5th day prior to the next billing cycle and our team will cancel your subscription no questions ask. You will not be billed during the next billing cycle.
There are absolutely no refunds in any shape, form or fashion. As well as if you forget billing recurs automatically every month. Our subscriptions are on an “auto renewal” process which will automatically charge your card on every renewal term.
Keep in mind most Trading Websites are selling expensive trading courses. All the knowledge we share and attempt to teach is at no cost to you.
Termination for Member Violations
If you are found or suspected to be sharing our Proprietary Alerts with others by any means, with other Trade Rooms, Making you own calls in Other Trading Groups from the information you receive from our Alerts, OR our Proprietary Charting and Trading Package. YOUR LICENSE WILL BE TERMINATED, with NO REFUNDS, and NO SECOND CHANCES to continue your subscription. Day Traders Setups, LLP reserves to right to cancel any subscription at any time WITHOUT reason or explanation.
There is no refund if a member is found to be in violation of this policy. If you observe any such violation please report to our staff through our email or contact page. If account termination occurs there will be no refund for unused portion of current billing cycle.
We may issue a warning depending on the issue. We reserve the right for instant termination with no refunds of any type.
